Henley achieves Hospitality Assured accreditation for the 4th consecutive year with our highest score to date.
Henley Management College is committed to constantly monitoring and raising its standards and has been awarded re accreditation to Hospitality Assured for the 4th consecutive year with our highest score to date.
The new revised HA Standard was published in September 2002 as The Standard for Service and Business Excellence in Hospitality. This standard now has a "Recommended" endorsement from the British Quality Foundation, meaning that any organisation, which achieves HA can legitimately say that it also meets the key requirements of the EFQM Business Excellence Model.
