Henley Chef - Wins 2 Awards at the Conference Centres of Excellence Chefs Challenge
We are pleased to announce that one of our Chefs John Bullen, Chef de Partie has won 2 prestigious awards at the finals of the Conference Centres of Excellence Chefs Challenge which was held on 28th April at Warwick University.
In a year when standards appeared to be at an all time high, John won the award for most Nutritionally Balanced Menu and the award for the Best Hygiene an award that Henley has now won twice in the last 4 years
